Mobile App System Technical Requirements

The following are the technical requirements to use the Mobile App 

ClickConnex Mobile App currently supports iPhones and Android.

What iPhone versions are supported? 

• 5s/5c or higher
• iOS 8.x or higher

What Android versions are supported?

• Version 4.4 through 7.4  ( Version quick list provided below)

Permissions and SwitchConnex Settings:

The Mobile App User must have a SwitchConnex account with a primary extension assigned to the user.

Or must have view and update permissions for virtual attendant

The users customer accounts must be on Asterisk 1.8 feature server and have Sip Proxy enabled.
