Why doesn't DTMF work with certain features, such as Directory Assistance?

There is a known issue with DTMF functions in certain circumstances. A known workaround is to change the DTMF mode of the extension from RFC 2833 to Info. This setting can be changed from the SIP Config tab of the Extension Edit page.
