The Voicemail Panel list all voicemails currently available in the inbox of the users voice mailbox. Each voicemail message will list the following information:
1. Caller - the Cname information of the caller who left the voicemail
2. Date/Time - the Date and Time at which the voicemail was received.
3. Duration - the duration of the voicemail, in hh:mm:ss format
Filtering your voicemails is available by selecting the dropdown in the Voicemail Panel header. The filter options shown are the folders available in the user's voicemail box.
Search your voicemails by entering a search term into the search box to the right of the filter dropdown in the panel header and hit enter to display the search results. The search is performed on Caller field. As search context is typed into the search box, a small "x" icon will appear in the righthand corner of search box. Clicking this "x" clears the search.
There should be three icons in the first column for each message listed:
Play voicemail - clicking the "play" icon will launch an in-browser audio player. The audio player has play, pause, stop, and volume options, for the user to play their voicemail message.
Download Voicemail - clicking the "download" icon will download the voicemail onto the users computer as a .wav file to play.
Delete Voicemail - clicking the"delete" icon will delete your voicemail message. Upon selecting this option, a pop up dialog box will appear asking “Are you sure you want to delete this voicemail?” Clicking "cancel" dismisses the dialog box and the voicemail message is not deleted. Clicking "confirm" will delete the voicemail permanently.
