NCE's EdgeView monitoring gives you the following:
1. Host Up/Down messages for your EdgeMarcs.
2. A notification for bad MOS scores. Note that it does not tell you which phones had the issue, just that there was an issue.
3. We will backup your EdgeMarc's configurations through the EdgeView software.
We will not be able to provide MOS Analysis Reports. We have no automated way of achieving this and it does not scale. If you receive a MOS alert you must log into your EdgeMarc and review the syslog messages for MOS analysis. Since this isn't always practical we would recommend you configure your EdgeMarc to send syslog messages to a second server (in addition to our EdgeView) so that you can review the logs at your convenience.
If you need the MOS Analysis Report generated by EdgeView or other advanced features you'll have to purchase a sub-tenant license for our instance of the software.
