When I launch the Communications Client, I have no ability to make calls. What is wrong?

When I launch the Communications Client, I have no ability to make calls. What is wrong?

 To make calls, a number of conditions must be met.

These include:

• You must have the necessary peripheral equipment (see above)
• You must have a valid Communications Client extension.
• You must enable the browser to access the microphone and/or camera
