When I launch the Communications Client, I am greeted with the message "The browser needs permission to access your camera and/or microphone for this application..." Clicking away from the message makes the message go away, however I am unable to make or receive calls. What is wrong?
For security reasons, browsers require that the end-user specifically allow access to peripheral accessories such as cameras and microphones. When greeted with this message, you will very likely also see a confirmation dialog created by the browser itself. Please click the 'allow' button or your browser's equivalent to allow the browser to have access to these peripherals. If you are still greeted with the message, verify that the peripherals are installed correctly and that your user permissions in your operating system allow such access.
